Derby Riverlights is a city centre leisure scheme situated adjacent to and fronting the River Derwent and the Riverside Gardens. The scheme incorporates a new bus station for Derby, a Holiday Inn Hotel (105 beds), a Hampton by Hilton Hotel (117 beds), a Circus Casino and a large Spar convenience store. Five bar/restaurant units with the river view aspect are now available to let.

The bus station (which is likely to be used by 12 million passengers each year) opened in March 2010 whilst the two hotels have now been handed over to the tenants for
fitting-out.
